Thank you for visiting our store. We specialize in natural jadeite jewelry and selected amber products for overseas Chinese customers and international buyers. This page explains how payment works, how orders are processed, and why some orders need extra preparation time before overseas shipment.

Product and Order Notes

  • All items sold in our store are real physical goods.
  • We do not sell virtual items or high-risk services.
  • Natural jadeite is a premium jewelry category. Each piece is unique in color, translucency, texture, and carving details.
  • We carefully review goods before shipment and aim to ensure that the product received matches the item shown during presentation and order confirmation.

Fulfillment Timeline

Our standard fulfillment cycle is approximately 20 to 30 days.

Two-Stage Shipping Process

Because natural jadeite is a regulated jewelry category, we follow a two-stage fulfillment process for many orders.

Stage 1: Inspection and Preparation

After an order is placed, the item is first sent to Ruili, Yunnan, China for authenticity review, quality inspection, and related processing before export.

  • Product details are checked again before shipment.
  • Related inspection and certificate procedures are handled during this stage.
  • This stage usually takes 10 to 15 days.

Stage 2: International Shipment

After the inspection stage is completed, the order is packed and shipped to the buyer's overseas address through reliable logistics channels such as:

  • SF Express
  • China Post

International delivery usually takes 10 to 13 days after dispatch.

Tracking Number Notice

New orders may not have an international tracking number immediately after payment. This is usually because the item is still in the inspection or preparation stage.

This is a normal part of our shipping workflow. Tracking information will be provided once the parcel enters the international delivery stage.

How to Place an Order

We mainly sell through Facebook live sessions, where customers can view the actual product in detail.

  1. Watch the product presentation on Facebook.
  2. Contact us through Facebook Messenger and leave basic purchase information, such as your PayPal email.
  3. Confirm the recipient name, full address, phone number, and final order details with us on WeChat.
  4. Complete payment through PayPal after all order information is confirmed.

Using both Messenger and WeChat helps improve transaction security and reduces errors in customer information and shipping details.

Payment Method

We currently support PayPal.

Payment is arranged only after the product details, recipient information, and final amount have been confirmed with the customer.

Pricing Note (RMB to USD)

For some orders, the final USD amount may be confirmed manually based on the RMB product price and PayPal handling charges.

  • Estimated formula: (RMB price ÷ 6.5) + 5% PayPal fee
  • We do not charge agent/buying fees, and we do not add hidden markups. The final amount will always be confirmed with you before payment.

Certificate and Inspection Fee

  • Orders RMB 100 and above: inspection/certificate is provided free of charge.
  • Orders below RMB 100: each certificate may require a fee of RMB 10.

Packaging

Orders are packed carefully and may include premium gift box packaging when appropriate.

International Shipping Options and Cost Reference

Below is a reference estimate (final cost depends on destination and parcel weight):

Option A: Direct Delivery (Ruili, Yunnan → Overseas)

  • Courier: SF Express (prepaid)
  • Estimated first 1kg cost: around RMB 400
  • Estimated delivery time: around 10 days

Option B: Forwarding Delivery (Ruili, Yunnan → Guangdong transshipment → Overseas)

  • Courier: China Post Express (prepaid)
  • Estimated first 1kg cost: around RMB 430
  • Estimated delivery time: around 13 days

Shipping Discount Policy

Orders of RMB 3000 and above may qualify for 50% off shipping cost (subject to the final invoice).

Order Consolidation Policy

If you place multiple orders, we can consolidate shipments after payment and ship once all goods have arrived in our Ruili processing center.

We arrange centralized transportation batches from Myanmar to Yunnan approximately every 4 to 5 days, to improve delivery efficiency and reduce handling risks.
